Three Choices: Standard Coverage, Photo Book Package, or Flush Mount Album Package:
Our Standard Coverage is based on an hourly rate, a disk with all files that you get to keep, and many extras. Our Photo Book and Flush Mount Album packages add a top-quality flush mount album or photo book set, plus three large decorator prints for your home.
Standard Coverage: The main feature of our approach is this: at the end of the reception, you get a flash drive with all image files and a copyright release, so you can get prints made anywhere you want. Our fee is $125.00 per hour (plus tax), with a three-hour minimum and no maximum. We will plan our coverage with you, to fit your budget. A deposit of 50% is due when we book the date, and the balance is due at the end of your reception. We accept your personal check, cash, Mastercard, or VISA. Here’s what you get:
· Engagement portrait of you and your fiancé at our studio, with a CD of all poses and a retouched 8x10
print or your favorite pose.
· An album with 60 4x6 prints of your choice, which can include duplicate prints of one image.
· A formal portrait of the bride at our studio, with an 8x10 print of her favorite pose.
· Two photographers (Rick & Kathy) at your wedding, with professional equipment and lots of backup equipment. We’ll do no other weddings on your wedding
day
· Flash drive with all picture files and a copyright release so that you can get prints made anywhere.
We will bring a laptop computer and burn the original camera files to a flash drive 
on the day of your wedding and give them to you before we leave. A final disk, with images corrected
for color and brightness if necessary, will be sent to you
in
two or three weeks.
· We will meet with you and go over a list of possible pictures, to make sure we get everything you want. We also take as many additional pictures as needed throughout the day. There is no “maximum” to our coverage.
· We will set up a slide show on our laptop computer at the reception, showing pictures taken at your home, at the church, at the ceremony, and wherever we might go for outdoor group pictures.
· We will travel anywhere you want for group pictures at no extra charge.
· Add albums, photo books, or prints for additional fees from our non-package album and print price list.
If you need eight or more hours of coverage, and want
a significant discount on an album, then one of these
packages may be the best choice for you:
Photo Book Package: $1599 (plus tax) for 8 hours of coverage (add $99 for each additional hour). This is an attractive and durable form
of album, printed on heavy magazine stock, with a hard cover. Photo books have the look and feel of a book you would find in a bookstore.
The package includes one 15-1/2 x 11 or 12 x 12 inch book with 20 pages (40 sides), and two smaller parents' albums, AND a set of one 16x20 and two 11x14 color or black and white lustre or metallic prints from your wedding, mounted on matte board and ready for framing.
Flush Mount Album Package: $1899 (plus
tax) for 8 hours of coverage (add $99 for each additional hour). If you want the highest quality post-production, in a top-of-
the-line product, then you would want this package. A Flush Mount album is made of photographic prints mounted on thin board, and then laquered to preserve the image. Includes storage box.
The package includes one 14x11 horizontal or 12x12 square flush mount album with 10 pages (20) sides, AND a set of one 16x20 and two 11x14 color or black and white lustre or metallic prints from your wedding, mounted on matte board and ready for framing. You will also have an option to buy parent's photo books at $99 for two if you want to add those to this package.

We also provide a written service agreement (contract) which describes what we provide and what you can expect, based on our conversations with you. The text of the agreement is basically the same as the descriptions on this page.
Reliability and trustworthiness: Rick and Kathy had long careers at the Lake County Red Cross, where he was the executive director for 31 years, and she was director of volunteers for 20 years, prior to opening McPeak Photography four years ago. Our photography clients include some of the largest organizations in Lake County, such as the YMCA, United Way and the ADAMHS Board. Rick has also been a staff photographer for the Lake County Business Journal and has been honored with Gold and Silver Apex Awards by the Lake Communicators for his photography.
