Your special event is really a story that has a beginning, middle, and end.  

It has high points with drama, special moments, good food, and most importantly, lots of people. They are there to share the event, to talk, eat, perhaps sing and dance -- and to join in fellowship with everyone who is there.

Your event is unique -- whether it is a wedding or a picnic. Maybe your evening is about recognizing the achievements of volunteers, or employees, or a sports team.  Perhaps your group is commemorating an anniversary or honoring important individuals.  The event could simply be the annual dinner meeting of your club to elect new officers.  Whatever the reason, the occasion is important to you, and it is worth capturing in really good pictures.
